1. Inquiry Form
Complete the online inquiry form. We’ll contact you promptly to learn more about your student(s) and their strengths, interests and academic goals. During our chat, we’ll set up a time for a campus tour. The inquiry form will initiate an automated message that will provide you with username and password information for you to set up a parent account in Blackbaud, our school’s learning management system.
2. Campus Tour
Your family tour will be personalized to align with appropriate grade level and indicated interests. You and your child(ren) will have scheduled time with a key member of our administration. Please allow one hour for this visit.
3. Online Application
Once you have completed the Inquiry Form, you will be able to complete your online application. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis while spaces are available. There is a non-refundable application fee of $55 to be paid when an application is completed.
4. Teacher Recommendations/Grade Reports
In addition to the completed application, you will need to request teacher recommendations from your student(s) current teachers. You will also need to upload current grade reports.
5. Admissions Assessment
Applicants are required to attend one of the prescheduled assessment dates or to schedule the admission assessment at an alternative time with the Admission Office. Please allow about one hour for testing, depending on grade level.
6. Applying for Tuition Assistance
The application for tuition assistance is separate from the application for admission, but the two application cycles overlap one another. Families should endeavor to complete both applications simultaneously. St. Michael’s School utilizes FAST – Financial Aid for School Tuition – by Independent School Management to process your tuition assistance application.
