Summer at St. Michael’s 2023

We invite you to join us for Summer at St. Michael’s for the month of June. This year, we will be holding four sessions for St. Michael’s School students entering grades K-5th grade. Enrollment is limited to the first 18 students in each grade cohort.

Program Details

Session 1

Monday, June 5 – Friday, June 9
Entering K-2: “A Camping Adventure” with Ms. Laura Sanders and Ms. Stephanie Moseley
Entering 3-5: “Explore the depths of the ocean before you blast off to space in a fun adventure” with Ms. Sara Van Straalen and Ms. Claire Van Straalen
 

Session 2

Monday, June 12 – Friday, June 16
Entering K-2: “An Ocean Adventure” with Ms. Laura Sanders and Ms. Stephanie Moseley
Entering 3-5: “Explore the depths of the ocean before you blast off to space in a fun adventure” with Ms. Sara Van Straalen and Ms. Claire Van Straalen
 

Session 3

Monday, June 19 – Friday, June 23
Entering K-2: “Once upon a Summer” with Ms. Tricia Hill and Ms. Calyssa Zismann
 

Session 4

Monday, June 26 – Friday, June 30
Entering K-2: “Once upon a Summer” with Ms. Tricia Hill and Ms. Calyssa Zismann
 

Daily Program

8:00am – 12:00pm, Monday – Friday
 

Extended Day

12:00pm – 2:00pm, Monday – Friday
Extended Day consists of lunch in the air conditioned Lower School Science Room, followed by games in the gym with Coach S.
 

Cost

$230 per session
$260 per session with extended day
 

What to Bring

Regardless of grade, students attending the summer program should bring the following items to class daily:

  • Refillable water bottle
  • Nut free snack
  • Backpack
  • Favorite independent-reading book
  • Lunch (if staying for extended day program)

  • Registration for the summer is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
  • The following forms are required for each enrolled student before the start of the student’s first scheduled session. Please print and return to the office:

    Emergency Contact Form
    The Emergency Contact Form is filled out at the start of each school year. If we already have one on file from the 2022-23 school year, you don’t need to submit a second one. If you are unsure, please fill one out.
