We have a special evening planned for our graduates and families including a sit-down dinner, dessert, dancing, a photo booth, and fireworks. We look forward to celebrating with everyone!
Please register and pay by May 1st.
Ticket Information:
Due to capacity limits, each family is allocated four (4) tickets for the La Mariposa Celebration.
- Graduates do not need a ticket. Our fundraising and sponsorship from families have allowed us to cover the cost of the graduates. You do not need to count your graduate in your 4 ticket allotment.
- Tickets are $50/each. Our fundraising efforts have subsidized the ticket costs, enabling us to offer them at this reduced price of $50 per person.
- Completion of registration and ticket purchase is requested by Wednesday, May 1st.
- Any tickets not reserved and paid for by May 1st, will be released to waitlist families to purchase between May 3th and May 9th.
- There will be no ticket sales after Friday, May 10th.
Waitlist Information:
- There is a place on the registration form where families can indicate their interest in being added to a waitlist to purchase additional tickets.
- Names will be added to this waitlist in the order in which the initial tickets were purchased.
- Waitlist families will be notified and have an opportunity to purchase additional tickets between May 3th and May 9th.
Additional Information:
- La Mariposa opens to families to check in at 5:30 pm.
- Graduates will arrive at La Mariposa at 6:00 pm.
- There will be a procession by the graduates into the venue upon arrival.
- Graduates should plan to take a group photo after arrival and before the festivities begin with the professional photographer.
- There will be a cash bar.
- Table seating will be assigned.
- We expect to depart the resort by 9:30 p.m.
