What is Aftercare?

When the regular school day ends, students can attend our Aftercare program. This after-school program, run by St. Michael’s staff, is available to any St. Michael’s student (TK – 8) until 5:30pm each evening. It’s also available every half day. Students are delivered to Aftercare by their classroom teacher and signed in by the Aftercare staff. Parents sign students out when they arrive to take them home.

What activities are available for students in Aftercare?

– homework help
– supervised playground time (if parents give permission)
– arts and crafts
– study hall
– snacks
– supervised indoor play

Does my child have to attend everyday?

You can pre-register your child for 1-5 days a week depending on your needs. Drop-in care is also available at an hourly rate.

How much does it cost?

1 day/week = $ 450/annually or $50/monthly
2 days/week = $ 900/annually or $100/monthly
3 days/week = $ 1350/annually or $150/monthly
4 days/week = $ 1800/annually or $200/monthly
5 days/week = $ 2250/annually or $250/monthly
Infrequent dropins = $8.00 per hour

How do I sign my child up?

Fill out the Aftercare registration paperwork and turn it into the school office.
