Sean Pollard was born and raised in California. At a young age he found that he loved working with his hands and owned his own landscaping business before graduating from high school. In 1992 he moved to central Arizona and married his high school sweetheart, Robbie. There they had two children, Jacob and Katie. After working for the Arizona Department of Corrections until 2006, he and his family decided to move to Holdrege, Nebraska, where Mr. Pollard worked as a division manager at a local irrigation company. In June 2015 the Pollards moved to Tucson. Mr. Pollard enjoys landscaping, building furniture, hunting, fishing, backpacking, and spending time with his family. New to St. Michael's in 2016, Mr. Pollard looks forward to a long future with the school.

Dexter Herroz

Dexter Herroz

General Maintenance

Dexter Herroz, born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, moved to the Tucson area in 2012. After attending Burbank Public Schools and discovering his love of all things culinary, he enrolled at Le Cordon Bleu. Upon graduation, he worked in the production kitchen at Universal Studios, as Food and Wine Ambassador at Disneyland, and finally started his own catering company. Here in Tucson he worked at several restaurants before finding a home at St. Michael's. An avid Dodgers fan, he also enjoys chess, backgammon, bowling, and pool. When at home, he loves gardening, decorating for holidays, hanging out with his dog, Shadow, and, of course, cooking. "I feel like working at St. Michael's is being part of a community, not just a job. I enjoy giving back to the students, parents, and faculty."
